As a Front Desk Supervisor at 1 Hotel Copenhagen, you’ll be the go-to person for the front desk team, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll lead day-to-day operations with confidence and overseeing check-ins and check-outs, supporting your team through training and scheduling, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. You’ll also play a key role in managing reservations, handling guest issues with professionalism, and contributing to revenue growth through upselling and occupancy management. If you're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you. 

About you… 

  • Experienced in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, guest relations, and reservation management. 
  • Skilled in supervising teams—confident with scheduling, coaching, and evaluating performance. 
  • Experience within a luxury hotel is a great asset. 
  • Strong communicator, able to coordinate effectively across departments like housekeeping and engineering. 
  • Quick to handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a calm and solution-focused approach. 
  • Familiar with billing processes, audits, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. 
  • Knowledgeable in hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards, with a commitment to compliance. 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable training others on hotel systems and front office tools. 
  • A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure and leads by example in busy situations. 
  • Customer-focused, with a mindset of going the extra mile for VIPs and guests with special requests. 
  • Passionate about sustainable hospitality and excited to represent a purpose-driven brand. 
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
