1 HotelCopenhagen is centrally located at the intersection of the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter and its historic heart; it will feature 282 rooms including 30 suites. With a Green-Michelin-starred Chef at the helm, the property will also feature locally sourced, seasonal cuisine as eclectic as the city itself at the signature restaurant and bar. Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site beehotel, or embark on an adventure, exploringCopenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike. 

Are you looking to kickstart your HR career in a dynamic hospitality setting - Join us as a part-time People Operations Assistant (around 20 hours/week) and get hands-on experience across recruitment, on- offboarding, employee support, and more. You will work closely with a supportive People team, gain exposure to Danish HR practices, and help shape a great employee experience. Ideal for HR students or early-career professionals who are organized, people-focused, and eager to learn. Bring your curiosity, your Excel skills, and your eye for detail  - we will take care of the rest. 

About you… 

  • HR student or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in hospitality 
  • Some familiarity with basic HR tasks and Danish employment law 
  • Organized and detail-focused, with a knack for keeping records and data in order 
  • Friendly and supportive, happy to assist team members when needed 
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information 
  • Involved in onboarding and offboarding, helping create smooth transitions 
  • Confident using Excel, Outlook, and internal systems like training logs 
  • Contributing to internal comms that celebrate wins and share key updates 
  • Curious, motivated, and ready to jump into HR projects and learn along the way 
  • Experience with Timeplan is a plus – but not a dealbreaker
